Kara Perry is the Chief Operating Officer of Synergy Wealth Solutions, where she is driven by a passion for helping people and a deep commitment to servant leadership. Kara is dedicated to empowering others to be their very best while delivering exceptional service to both advisors and their clients.
Her journey in the financial services industry began on a college campus with New England Financial, where she gained experience in marketing, recruiting, and training. To fully understand the work of the advisors she supported, Kara became licensed—an experience that gave her firsthand insight into the impact financial services has on people’s lives. She quickly fell in love with the industry, recognizing its unique ability to help individuals and families during some of the most important moments they face.
Kara continued to grow personally and professionally, serving as Operations Director at MetLife and later as Director of Operations at MassMutual St. Louis. During her time at MassMutual St. Louis, she met Brian Roberts and became inspired by a shared vision to build one of the premier financial services firms in the country. That vision ignited her passion, ultimately leading her to become the COO of Synergy Wealth Solutions.
Kara deeply loves her firm and takes immense pride in the people and relationships she has built along the way. She is especially proud of her staff and the culture they have created together.
Personally, Kara grew up in St. Louis, where she played sports and developed a lifelong love for teamwork and competition. She attended Quincy University on a soccer scholarship and later earned her master’s degree while coaching soccer at Lindenwood University. She is an avid Mizzou fan, where she met her husband, Brad, at a Mizzou tailgate. Together, they live in Wentzville, Missouri, with their six-year-old twins.
Outside of work, Kara cherishes time with her family, loves being a mom, and is a devoted follower of Jesus.
