Building, protecting, and transferring wealth presents both opportunities and challenges to the successful individuals, business owners, and families that I work with. While I cannot predict what life may bring your way, I can help to make sure financially, you put your best foot forward. With my versatility, knowledge, and attention, I strive to execute the most appropriate financial portfolios for my clients based on the goals and needs we’ve identified together.
My mission in life is to help people build, save, and keep more of their money. Most of my career I have spent helping business owners protect and successfully plan for retirement and continuity. For my retired clients, my focus has been on providing them tax-efficient wealth transfer and distribution strategies that are aimed at allowing them to enjoy and live the retirement they envisioned. For my families and individual clients, I strive to conduct a financial plan that can weather a storm and can help protect against the unexpected.
As a third-generation Financial Advisor with over two decades of experience, my journey began in 2001 after completing my degree in Personal Financial Planning at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Driven by my fascination with investments and desire to to help others, I continue to expand my knowledge through several professional designations in order to keep my practice prevalent and impactful. Along the way, I have enjoyed mentoring new Financial Professionals, encouraging their own professional passion. I look for ways to give back and relish the opportunity to be active in my community. I am honored to be able to serve on the Entrepreneur’s Organization Board. I have the pleasure of working with many charitable organizations, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, the St. Louis County Library Foundation, and the ALS Association, STL Chapter.
I achieve balance in my life through my family. I'm so grateful for my wife, Wendy, my daughter, Kennedy, and our chocolate Lab, Lady. My hobbies include playing pickleball, dog training, reading, travel, and coaching basketball. I am proud to have been a 3-time (2016, 2017, 2018) consecutive award recipient of Advisor of the Year by MassMutual St. Louis.*
