Robert Herdler is a native St. Louisan, and currently resides in Webster Groves with his wife Kim and 3 kids.
Robert began his career in the financial services industry in January 1997. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Robert was employed by Allen Foods, Inc., holding positions as Assistant Transportation Manager, Distribution Manager and Director of Safety and Risk Management during his 9-year employment.
Robert completed his ARM (Associate in Risk Management) from the Insurance Institute of America in 1995, and is a 1987 Graduate of Lindenwood University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Robert currently holds professional designations as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC)1 from The American College.
Robert and Kim enjoy working with a variety of not-for-profit organizations in the St. Louis area. He truly has a passion to help families plan for their special needs children’s future.
Robert is the founder of Employee Retirement Solutions, LLC (ERS). ERS partners with employers who believe a financially savvy workforce is a key element to the employer and the employees’ personal success. ERS provides workplace employee financial education and personal planning.

The ChSNC designation was developed by The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. The certification program and the professional designation evolved from MassMutual’s SpecialCareSMProgram.
